Review of : White Diamonds

White Diamonds has actually built a name for itself over the year as one of those events that patrons look forward to at Christmas time. I was pleased to see that majority of persons stuck to the all white theme as many times with theme parties the crowd does not always follow the dress code. Many patrons turned out early which was also a plus as the promoters did express this in advertising due to the lock off time that they were given, 2am.
Loved the drink inclusive section not just only for VIP but having a regular drink only bar. The only downside is that the choice of liquor was not top notch. But liquor is liquor and so for the most part it did its job.
Photographers from various photo companies were there to capture the moments which was also great.
The music was a bit of a sore point. It seems the sound system was definitely not playing at its best and you could tell that the DJ's got frustrated with this but still did their best. I particularly enjoyed the sets of DJ Nicco and DJ Smoke.
The event was promptly shut down by the police at 2 am but you could tell that the patrons did not want to leave. Overall, the event was a great and I would give it a solid 7/10 rating.
